Lovely cottage in beautiful location with stunning views. Cozy, warm, and spotlessly clean. Terrace at the back offers a chance to enjoy the outdoors even in cooler weather. Renovations in neighboring cottage may cause noise disturbance, but management is addressing the issue.

The cottage had a nice feel and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal, with a tranquil setting but still close to the historical town. The view from the back bedroom was also a plus, offering a nice sight to wake up to in the morning. It was also great that the cottage was within proximity to Hadrian's Wall and other attractions.
There were some maintenance issues that needed attention, such as wonky taps and poor decoration. The lack of proper lighting, including no bedside lamps and low hanging lights, was inconvenient.

The cottage was really cosy and warm, perfect for a weekend getaway. The decoration was lovely, with thoughtful touches throughout. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful view from the terrace. It was also in a great location, with easy access to Hadrian's Wall sites and a short walk into town. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
That there was no shower, only a handheld showerhead attached to the bath taps. It was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't completely spoil our stay.
